Terms of Sale
1.1 These terms of sale apply to the rights and obligations arising from the purchase of goods (hereinafter referred to as Product/Products) between the clients of Bulan online store and Bulan OÜ (hereinafter Bulan).
1.2 In addition to these conditions, the legal relations arising from the purchase of Products from the Bulan online store are regulated by the laws in force in the Republic of Estonia.
1.3 Bulan reserves the right to make changes to the terms of sale and sales prices, and such changes will be reflected on the Bulan website www.bulan.ee.
1.4 Business client terms of sale are agreed upon in the Purchase-Sale Agreement.
2. Prices
2.1 All prices on tTerms of Salehe Bulan website include 22% VAT.
2.2 Displayed discount percentages are rounded to the nearest whole number.
2.3 A delivery fee is added to the price, and the total amount is displayed at checkout.
3. Placing an Order
3.1 To order products, select the appropriate products and add them to the shopping cart. A summary of the selected products is provided by the shopping cart content when you click on the shopping cart icon in the header of the webpage.
3.2 The content of the shopping cart can be modified or deleted by entering the number of a particular product or by deleting the Product/Products by pressing the cross on the same line.
3.3 To place an order, you must enter the necessary information and choose a suitable delivery method for the package.
3.4 To confirm the order, press the “confirm order” button. Subsequently, the total amount will be displayed, from which you can choose a suitable payment method.
3.5 Products are dispatched after the transaction is completed.
4. Effectiveness of the Sales Contract
4.1 The sales contract comes into effect after the transaction made in the Bulan online store, once the total amount has been received in the Bulan OÜ bank account.
4.2 The customer has the right to withdraw from the sales contract within 14 days by notifying Bulan OÜ at the email address info@bulan.ee. The returned goods must not have been used and must be in the original packaging. The direct costs of returning the goods are covered by the Customer, and the goods must be returned within 14 days from the submission of the withdrawal statement.
5. Delivery
5.1 After the sales contract becomes effective, Bulan e-store compiles the order and hands it over for delivery to the logistics partner (hereinafter referred to as the Supplier).
5.2 The order is issued to the Supplier within 1-3 working days. Orders are only issued within Estonia.
5.3 The delivery period for the issued goods depends on the selected logistics partner. Bulan OÜ is not responsible for any delays caused by transportation.
5.4 The buyer pays the shipping costs, the price information of which is displayed next to the shipping method.
6. Right of Withdrawal
6.1 The customer has the right to withdraw from the sales contract within 14 days by notifying Bulan OÜ at the email address info@bulan.ee. The returned goods must not have been used and must be in the original packaging. The direct costs of returning the goods are covered by the Customer, and the goods must be returned within 14 days from the submission of the withdrawal statement.
6.2 The cost of the returned Product will be refunded promptly, but no later than 14 working days from when Bulan OÜ was notified of the product's return. The customer covers the product return costs by choosing an appropriate goods return method.
6.3 Bulan OÜ may refuse refunds until the product to be returned under the sales contract is received back.
6.4 The right of withdrawal does not extend to legal entities.
7. Right to Submit Claims
7.1 Bulan is responsible for any non-conformity or defects in the goods sold to the Customer that appear within two years from the transfer of the goods to the Customer. The customer has the right to address the issue within two months of the defect’s occurrence by presenting the invoice paid for the goods. Bulan is not responsible for defects caused by improper storage or misuse by the Customer. For non-conformity or defects, please submit a claim to the email address info@bulan.ee
7.2 The claim must specify:
Customer's name and contact details;
Date of the complaint;
A precise description of the non-conformity or defect of the product;
Claim submitted to Bulan OÜ.
7.3 Bulan is not liable for damage or defects caused by the customer's improper use or storage conditions of the product.
7.4 Bulan will respond to the claim within 14 working days after receiving it from the customer.
Force Majeure
8.1 Bulan is not liable for any damage or delays in the delivery of the Product if the damage or delay is due to circumstances that Bulan could not influence or foresee.
Protection and Security of Personal Data
9.1 The information and personal data collected during visits to the Bulan online store and order processing are confidential and not disclosed to third parties. The customer's personal bank data is also confidential, and encrypted data transmission with banks ensures secure payment for purchases.
Other Conditions
10.1 If the Customer has complaints regarding the Bulan online store, these should be sent to the email address info@bulan.ee. Complaints are generally responded to within 1-3 working days. If the buyer and the online store cannot resolve the dispute amicably, the buyer may turn to the Consumer Disputes Committee. The conditions for proceedings can be reviewed and a statement submitted here. The Consumer Disputes Committee has the authority to resolve disputes arising from the contract between the buyer and the online store. The review of the buyer's complaint by the commission is free of charge.
